Here's everything you need to know about getting your SJB order to your door.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery | 1-3 Working Days

• Spend over £100, and we'll deliver to you free of charge, calculated after any discounts have been applied

• Orders under £100 carry a flat delivery charge of £4.95

• Most UK Mainland orders arrive within 1-3 working days

• Ordered during a sale event? Please give yourself up to 7 working days for delivery

• Free delivery applies to bespoke orders over £100, though any package exceeding 2 metres in length will carry an additional charge. Give us a call, and we'll talk you through the cost.

Please note that UK Mainland delivery does not currently extend to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or certain areas of the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands Standard Delivery | 3-5 Working Days

• Orders over £100 carry a delivery charge of £15

• Orders under £100 carry a delivery charge of £20

• Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to these areas

• Orders placed during sale events may take up to 10 working days to arrive

A Few Things Worth Knowing

When your order arrives at the address you provided at the time of purchasing, delivery is considered complete at that point. We work hard to get every order out within the timeframes listed above, though delivery dates do not form part of your contract with us.

If you ask for your order to be left unattended at the delivery address, please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for the goods once they have been left as instructed.

Should you be unavailable to accept your delivery when our courier arrives, we reserve the right to attempt redelivery at a later date and apply an additional delivery charge to cover that cost.

From the point of delivery, responsibility for the condition of the goods passes to you as the customer.
